100% Natural, Healthy Products

Locally Good specializes in creating 100% natural, healthy products. We offer a wide range of original creations, which can be found on our products page, and can be shipped anywhere in the US. Our “Events” page lists upcoming events and classes, and owner Stephanie Poetter provides consultation services via appointments which can be made on the “Book a Consultation” page.

To place an order, visit our “Shop Our Products” page. We also have a selection of products from other brands that we love, which you can find on our “Shop Other Brands” page.

There are multiple options when ordering. You can choose to have your order:
1) Shipped to your home (anywhere in US).
2) Pick it up for free at any upcoming event (check “Events” page to see the list). We will bring your order to the next event on the list, unless otherwise specified.
3) If you live in Johnson County, KS, we can provide “Home Delivery”, right to your door in 1-2 days. This is an excellent option, as your order arrives faster, safer, and won’t unnecessarily sit in a hot/cold shipping warehouse/truck.
Please select the correct option when checking out.

Locally Good products are available in a few retail stores, and we are looking to get into more locations throughout KC. If you have a favorite local store in the Kansas City area that you’d like to see our products in, tell the owner/manager, and have them reach out to us! Keep an eye on our “Events” page for upcoming classes, markets, and events. Stephanie is a consultant, and can work with you in person or via Zoom. We also offer a blog and online workshops, which you can find on our Blog/Workshops pages (currently expanding).

We started our farm in 2015 in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. During the 6.5 years there, owner Stephanie Poetter acquired most of her education in the areas of permaculture practices, fermentation, herbalism, and many other all natural living, health and wellness areas. She studied with the expert educators at the Organic Growers School, Southeast Wise Women’s Conference, Appalachian Beginning Forest Farmers, Mindfulness and Meditation intensives, and many farm tours / etc. Stephanie was grateful to be a part of a such a huge natural farming and artisanal food community, including the Yancey County Farmers’ Market, Asheville City Markets, Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project, Blue Ridge Women in Agriculture, Asheville Area Food Guild, and more. These groups and the people of WNC are so extremely supportive of one another, local food/farming/business, and have a true village mentality!

Stephanie created her first business, Beauty Alfresco, when studying Industrial Design at the University of Kansas. Saponification and self-education about more natural, healthier living, soon turned from a hobby into a small business, doing occasional pop up markets. Beauty Alfresco grew over the years, and is now a full line of 100% All Natural Products, made by Locally Good.
